Well I like using this colour, but thanks for the suggestion.
Yeah I know, but I’m not really bothered by it.
It does look brighter on my phone; but not by much. Enough to see facial features.
Still wouldn’t suggest using so dark colour for characters anyway.
And looking through all your other images; it’s mostly those having this dark colour that are mass-downvoted. The other pictures with dark people do have more upvotes than downvotes.
Well its lighter then other shades of brown.
If it looked darker, it would be almost completely black, but its not. And you can still see the facial expression

Okay … still not sure how you can say “pretty light skin tone”.
To me, they almost look completely black,
and I can barely see any facial features.

I looked at the image on a few other computers, and it still looks the same to me.
If it’s your monitor; then it doesn’t matter which page you go to.
However; if you can look at the image on different screens, it’s easier to determine.

I’m still not seeing them as looking that dark. Maybe its the monitor or something, but this looks the same on both here, DA and kisekae, I’m not seeing any of them looking darker.
Yeah no, they look so dark that I bet on the shadow they look purple

I’m not trying to get into a fight or anything, I’m just think that this looks like light dark skin tone.
Exactly; it’s just an opinion … just like you have one.
But … “pretty light skin tone” should be objectively wrong in this case =/

Well thats your opinion. I think they look good, but its ok if oyu don;t think so.
You can have a very dark skinned person;
but it should be at a realistic value.
In my opinion; everything in the image doesn’t flow that well together. It has nothing to do with race.
You must have your gamma set way up on your monitor or something, because that’s only a shade or two off of ebony to my eyes (which is very far from ‘light’).

Well I personally like the skin colour they have, I think it goes will with them.
Ah. May I suggest lighter or less saturated shades for certain things?
