You can argue what the value of having Trixie as a decent magic user is, and where / who that changed to what she’s represented as now, but relative to the show Boast Busters showed her to be beyond the average unicorn.

Yeah, even in her first appearance, her spells were all style and no substance. I don’t know where these people get this idea that she was some kind of powerful wizard in her first appearance, when the whole point of her first appearance was that she very much wasn’t.

Also, wrong, Trixie’s spells were just for show, they were not real.
That’s because twilight is a massive mary sue with unlimited bullshit magic. Trixie is the only other talented magic user without being completely broken. I stand by my argument too, Trixie hasn’t done one single effing spell in all of the new episodes, when her magic show was nothing but real spells the first time.

Yes. You know it. (Also, she made small thunder cloud, ‘display’ spell (same level as Twilight’s , but not as impressive as Zecora’s ) and teleported flowers). Also, whatever was that tickling zap thing.

So people are supposed to feel comfortable posting their confidential info online, otherwise they are acting “superior” to anonymous users? That is absolute nonsense. If anything, anonymous users tend to have a sense of entitlement.

Trixie’s stage props and magic tricks helped a ton when all the actual unicorn magic she has was disabled anyways during this rescue mission.
