This could never be printed. The Changelings could easily become giant minions instantly, and even getting a pair of 2 drops from your Changelings is (usually) well above the power curve. Imagine getting 2 Deathwings out of them!

This card is pretty good. It has okay stats as an 8/8 for eight and your opponent usually needs two cards to control it. Just think of the percentage of deathrattle, divine shield, taunt or charge minions. Only problem with it is… Well… It can evolve into Majordomo, so you always need to keep one evolve in reserve.

Yeah. Summoning entirely random units has a way more RNG outcome. The main problem with Barnes is that it will 100% summon a minion that works with your deck, and you can cheese it, ie: Barnes/Yshaaraj.  
Also, 8 mana, so the game has gone for a bit and you have ways to handle the summons, this is one of the few submitted cards I have no issues from the get go. This is great.
 
I would say its akin to Dr. Boom, but the RNG element prevents that. Definitely a good card though.
