I think so long as you don’t pretend the ponies had ‘no right’ to retaliate, then its fine if you feel sympathy for her.
Stories are more interesting when both sides are considered, anyway.
Exactly
I guess it’s easy to understand her feelings at that moment, and in that cyclone of negative emotions made her decision against Starlight’s offer. :j
Im gonna quote my friend Psychicpie because this fits it perfectly. It’s not perfect 1 to 1 but close enough.
“There is no good and evil. Mearly 2 sides of the same story”
In this case i don’t think either side was bad. Chrysalis only wanted to feed her children and care for them. The ponies just wanted their friends and what not back.
It’s how they went about it that hit me so hard. They took away everything from her life. her family, her throne, and her home. Yes they may have offered her a chance to join them but when she saw that she lost everything the pain was to much for her to bear and she was filled with rage and despair.
That’s the one of the reasons im on her side. there is fighting in what you believe in is right then there is taking it to far.
In the end this is just my opinion and i respect your’s and anyone else’s as long as you respect mine.
So long as you don’t pretend the ponies weren’t in the right to fight back and destroy her way of life.
This is a prey species taking their opportunity to not just eradicate their predators,
but change them into a neutral or even friendly alternative.
If you’ve been following the show with expectation of Chrysalis getting away with invading or infiltrating Equestria again,
then you haven’t been paying attention the increasingly humiliating defeats the ponies have unleashed on their enemies.

thanks for understanding how i feel :)
…
You don’t say?
People can get feelings from different things, is that so bad?
That or have the one she wants to trust be evil as well. I’d vote for Lavan or Katrina. ;3
In her position, I’d say the only way she would gain anyone’s trust would be to show some signs of legitimate remorse.
Im sorry. I have a thing for Chrysalis. Seeing her so hurt in the season 6 finale hit me hard. This pic just reminded me that she has lost it all.
Calm down it’s just a drawing.
Makes me wish i could go there and make her happy.
