Sad but true. I’ve long wanted a Celestia-centric episode that showed just how capable a ruler she has been for her centuries-long reign, but I’ve now reached the point where I’ll be happy with anything that isn’t another “Princess Spike”.

Celestia will get an episode when Ash wins a League.

Actually that is a good point. But even if people don’t like the episode for ‘legitimate’ reasons, others will still say the problem is that it didn’t do exactly what they wanted.

Most of the subjects. A small portion was seen as being quite nourished in the Nightmare Moon timeline.

You know, attempting a coup d’état to implement a ill-thought policy that would result in your subjects starving to death is not something that the one who stops you from doing so should be apologizing for. quite the opposite, actually.

As long as they don’t make her evil I’m cool with just about anything.

I wonder how many of the fans clamoring for a proper Celestia Episode would go on a keyboard-smashing, table-flipping tirade if one ever actually aired, because it wasn’t the Celestia Episode they wanted. Which, y’know, might be at least part of why the show hasn’t done one yet.

Yes because she should apologize for saving EVERYONE. Clearly she doesn’t deserve an episode because she didn’t let NMM banish her she should of let her because Luna NMM wanted to. Even though she tried to reason with her and there was no other way to handle the situation as the elements did not work properly anymore and the main 6 were not even born yet so Celestia did her duty as a ruler and saved everyone, clearly she doesn’t deserve an episode.

You might want to re-check your headcanon, it’s been said since the first few minutes of episode 1 that Celestia banished Luna/Nightmare Moon reluctantly and also tried to reason with Luna Nightmare Moon before banishing her which was seen later on in a flashback and Celestia said “I’m sorry but you’ve given me no choice” before banishing her. Luna regretted her past actions of turning into Nightmare Moon and in a way said it was like how Sweetie Belle was sabotaging the headdress Rarity made for Sapphire Shores. Why you said all that after six seasons which explained all this I don’t know, it’s like you’re trolling or vastly missed the point. Celestia wasn’t bullying in moment of banishing but I’m not going to make wide guesses about what happened befopre that except that it was said that Luna was feeling bitter over nopony (or perhaps few ponies) paying attention to her night. Nightmare Moon would have banished Celestia in revenge as well then turned the whole world into a night realm if she had the chance, does that make you happy or something? A world of vengeful jealous hatred? That’s not what the show’s pointing to.

If she wasn’t always under worf effect, I’d be mostly fine for her not having an episode.

She doesn’t deserve a episode, not after she banished Luna. (And yes, i’m still bitter about it even after 6 seasons. And I will always be unless Celestial apologizes)

The secret is not getting your hopes too high.

We, the faithful, patiently await the day that our Sun Goddess will descend from on high to grace us with her presence for a nearly full 22 minutes.

Kill in the sense she fades away or wistfully evaporates or something that doesn’t actually state she’s “dead” but she might as well be since she wouldn’t be coming back.

Well, Spike have his own episode for several time now since season 2….But Celestia never have even once for 6 season in row…Always appeared as support character…
