Of course not, there’s no way. There’s no reason or justification whatsoever for it to be, and while our exposure to students and faculty is limited because the school has never been a focus, we’ve seen lots of male students and teachers in the show.

To be honest, most of the characters here are either familiar ones the artists threw in, or are part of an anime reference. Like the show, I wouldn’t put much trust at all into crowd shots, because they are ultimately there to make things look lively, but not generally to make any logical sense.

Normally, I’d also consider that the classes are maybe just segregated by gender like you see in a few real world private schools, and that there’s a separate one, but I see no reason or justification whatsoever for that to be the case here either, as both mares and stallions would obviously do just fine in the same learning environment, especially in a gender-egalitarian society like Equestria, so nah, that’s definitely not the case. It’s still far more logical than it being limited to one gender, obviously, but again, there’s no reason or need for it.

The target demographic definitely plays a role in the makeup of ponies the artists throw in there, sure. They’d still be doing a much better job if they kept things evened out, though.
