It’s a great line for a number of reasons. First, it’s a very funny line because Trixie thinks so highly of herself and doesn’t like to admit her faults. Second, it shows Trixie’s vulnerable side that was explored in No Second Prances.

From what I’ve gathered over the years, I do think the Vancouver voice talent pool generally have nothing but kind things to say about each other. Really, I think most of the talent pool is happy to work together on any show, because they all generally have a lot of fun.
 
It makes me want to politely ask the VAs what neat things they have to say about Katherine. c:

I don’t know about her recording sessions, but from what I understand she’s a very private person. She doesn’t do cons or public appearances (for any series she’s involved in) and only allows one specific approved publicity shot to be used for articles and such.
 
I remember when the series 2 trading cards came out and it was kind of a big deal that one of the special autographed cards was her, because autographs from her are very rare due to never doing appearances.

Kathleen Barr was absolutely killing it in this episode, in both her roles!

Trixie was amazing in the finale. She really did steal the show!

Trixie was the best part of the final for me. She went from alright character to top 5 favorite. (She’s number 3.)

I’m not a Trixie fan at all, actually until only somewhat recently (No Second Prances) I actually outright hated her.
 
But this was one of the best lines of the first episode.
