I agee on that i do enjoy the deep bond this two have and your right it can happen naturally time.It just that i don’t want who ever Spike be pair up with to be force with moments and and building it like they do with fluttercord.I mean look how they did Flashlight to Timberlight.

I agree about Spike and Rarity! Great friendship, too bad folks are not happy about it and insist on turning this show into some soap opera. And people pestering Jim on Twitter are just awful - it gives wrong message about what majority fans care about, clearly most of us just keep quiet…
 
The only thing I disagree with you is age. I don’t believe Mane 6 are teens. I think they are in their early and mid-twenties. It was said couple of times they are adults (once by Meghan McCarthy when she commented on (sic) Sparity). They have jobs and run businesses. Flutters’ parents retired. Her younger brother finished uni. Jim mentioned Twilight is about 7-10 years older than Spike and that makes sens to me, because CSFGU doesn’t feel like school for kindergarden kids.

there isnt anything for the show to adress,its pretty clear they are good friends that enjoy each other company and go on little gem hunting dates and dressmaking shenanigans.
 
there is also no need for Rarity to reject Spike since he isnt being a creepy obsessive stalker that needs to be shut down,they are genuine friends and there is no awkwardness between them,there is no need to force anything,it will happen naturally over time.
 
if they ever hook up in the actual show it would be after a brief timeskip at the end of the series,you know how people on twitter are,big jim even had to retract his statements about Spike’s age after getting dogpilled by the twitter hate mobs.
 
people even hate on fluttercord because he is over 1000 years olds and fluttershy is “just a teenager”,equestria girls already makes it believeable that the mane 6 are in their late teens which kinda makes sense since Spike was hatched when Twilight was a kindergardener.

They are not foing to pair him with Rarity, Ember or someone else, just like Mane 6 are not having this kind of relationships. This show is not a romance and besides he is still young enough that would just feel inappropriate for parents watching the show with children.

I forget to ask but is Spike over his crush because i still see he still has feeling for her he didn’t take a interest in ember?

Sooner or later they going to have to address sparity then just dropping the subplot or randam pairing him with someone else.

You think the show will ever address on Rarity feel about Spike because i feel they stuck on what to do with it and somehow to please the fans.

The only time he rode Rarity back is when she was rushing him to Twilight when he was glowing.

You’re will hear that from some whiny Spike fans who ship him with almost everyone from the show but Rarity. Some of them view Rarity as the devil or something, just because she doesn’t share Spike’s feelings.

at least his dream finally came true when Rarity carried him all the way from the crystal caves back to Twilight’s castle in guantlet of fire,shes got his back,not letting anything happen to her favorite dragon.
