This is actually Japanese kanji, not Chinese. (Pro tip: get a speaker of the language you’re using to check your work before adding in phrases from said language.)

The second character (実) is a Japanese simplification—or shinjitai—of the 實 character, the second of which is Traditional Chinese/pre-1947 Japanese kanji. Compare this to the Simplified Chinese version of the 實 character, which is 实.

If this were Chinese, it would be written as 忠實 (Traditional Chinese) or 忠实 (Simplified Chinese). That said, it looks like the artist mixes Chinese and Japanese to whatever they see fit, so I’m not sure whether to change the chinese tag or not.

Comparison:

Traditional Chinese, used in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; and kyūjitai (pre-1947 Japanese kanji):
忠實

Simplified Chinese, used in China and Singapore:
忠实

Japanese shinjitai (Japanese simplified kanji used from 1947 onwards):
忠実

Despite these differences in how the second character is written depending on country, time period, and language, the phrase has the same meaning in both Japanese and Chinese:

Meaning of above phrase in Chinese: “loyal, true, faithful” (adjective)
Meaning of above phrase in Japanese: “faithfulness, loyalty, devotedness” (adjectival noun, adjective)
