So, guess I’m doing this. This one was more of an experiment than anything, cuz I used three different models (one radically different in terms of materials). And I’m pleased to say the override mats worked remarkably well (the white on Flitter’s legs is supposed to simulate socks, by the by). So, decided to turn it into a flitderp prologue thingy.
 
Derpy: Legally named Muffins, but the twins just call her ‘Derpy’, initially as a jeer but later as a term of endearment. Has a pretty bad case of empty nest syndrome, which lead her to take the twins under her wing as a sort of surrogate parent. Loves both girls like her own children, and dotes on them incessantly. irrepressible, energetic, and caring; even the most jaded of teens can’t help but gravitate to her.
 
Flitter: Despite being smaller, Flitter is only younger than her sister by three minutes. She’s the more even tempered of the two, but like her sister she’s prone to acting out against her negligent parents (who are rarely ever home). She was the first to warm up to ‘Mrs. Derpy’. Of course, nowadays she has two major problems: One, she’s crushing hard over a mare old enough to be her mom, and two, she’s crushing on a mare period. That’s a lot to take in when you’re just barely 18.
 
Stormwalker: The more rebellious of the twins. Legal name is ‘Cloudchaser’, which she loathes because of how ‘faggy’ it sounds. Before meeting Derpy, she was well on her way to delinquency and more than likely a life of crime running in the wrong circles of friends. Her teasing is really just a cover for her emotional constipation; she’s bad at expressing herself. She cares very much about her sister and surrogate parent, and worries endlessly over the dynamic developing between them.
 
So yes, this is now a thing. Well, when life gives you lemons…
