I guess I’m just miffed that someone didn’t know that 2snacks is a guy. I thought it was obvious.
Yeah, I’m with Keith and the Background Pony on this one. Even though I used a plural “they” earlier, I still think that the singular “they” has its own helpful uses.
But clearly they didn’t know he was a male, which is why they didn’t make a guess in regards to his gender. The way you then proceeded to try and correct them lead to this entire discussion since they were correct already the only difference being that they had less information to work with than you.
I regret the identification flub. But if we know that someone is male or female, then the “they” pronoun should be avoided in favor of “he” or “she”.

You are absolutely right. He is amazing.
I thought the 2 in his username meant that his work involved two people working on these projects (kind of like DuoCartoonist). I guess I took his name a bit too literally. But with that clarification in mind, I’m even more impressed with his work since he’s the only one animating these.

Those are Maya models. They don’t look nearly as amazing in their low-polygonal state (which is what sfm will be using). So, I’d say, it could be an alternative to sfm models (if someone converts those from maya to sfm), but there’s no garantie that those will look that much better in sfm.
By the way, 2Snacks released his Flattershy/Flutterbat maya model for everyone to use, so I guess we’ll see what’s gonna happen.

Yep, he ran out of money so he couldn’t do it at the speed it was taking. The patreon will hopefully change that.
