Yeah but look like that there is Azathoth everything (all reality) can be his dream just because he is so powerfull

But a lot of lovecraft can be placed as just chaos gods, nyarlathotep - tzeentch is good example

There’s actually quite a few chaos gods. The four main gods are just the most powerful. Remember, 40k is a setting where belief actually affects reality. Enough people believe there’s a chaos god of biscuits, then there will be a chaos god of biscuits. If enough people believe that the god of biscuits grants power in exchange for virgins and Fanta, then he will reward those that sacrifice virgins and Fanta to him. Granted it takes a hell of a lot of believers to create a god of any substantial power, but remember this is a setting where the Imperium will loose track of a world with 8 billion people on a daily basis.

Actually, if you count some of the deamonworlds that are living entities themselves, then yes, there are planet sized monsters.

And the chaos gods are, well, gods. Size doesn’t really mean anything to them.

There’s quite a few things in the 40k universe that would qualify as ‘Lovecraftian’.

Chaos Daemons
Tyranids
Dark Eldar
Random hostile alien creatures the size of office buildings.

It’s a pretty nasty universe to live in.
