Twilight was sick, Celestia and Spike, their regular babysitter, was out of the country to speak with Dragon Lord Ember, and Dapple was still nursing. So when Blueblood wanted an audience, Luna decided he could just deal with the younger royals, milk spit up, funny faces, homework and all.
That’s what I thought upon first viewing, but then the description made it seem like Luna’s chest fluff was magically lactating!
But… Is it possible to publicly breastfeed without somepony freaking out and calling you a Child Predator, what with Pony anatomy and all?
She doesn’t, but it’s easier to carry a fussy baby that way and then move her when she needs to nurse.
It’s also funny that Pterus is scribbling A’s on that paper, not E’s.
