It’s just surreal humour, not that complicated:
Stivalia’s cutiemark represents Italy; Argenta is probably thinking that by opening a wound on where “Rome” is
where the knife is pointing, she’ll be able to free Pope Fracis (Who, for those who didn’t know, was born in Buenos Aires); the joke is behind this illogical thought process. Another part of the joke relies on the fact that Vatican City, while being INSIDE Rome,is an indipendent State,so theorically it’s not on Stivalia’s cutiemark.I’m from Argentina and I neither understand it. So ill scratch it as 4chan being 4chan.
