I doubt they’ll succeed.
Game mechanics are hard to protect. There are a lot of puzzle games out there, and a lot of them are very similar or even the same - Bejeweled, Candy Crush, an entire line of games by Storm8 for mobile …
Question is how many of the levels they copied, and how much of them. Even one block working differently gives Hasbro room to defend the product.
Well, and if that doesn’t work they can always cheese the lawsuit until Peak Games can’t afford it

Eh, understandable. Lawsuit or not, the game is STILL pretty fun.
The lawsuit by the Toy Blast devs still seems to be going:

It does make one less sympathetic when the argument Hasbro makes of, ‘This is our property, our idea. To make money eyes off of it is wrong’, when they themselves will chance their arm on ventures like this which are complete rip offs of other ideas.
