She’s not based off Fallout anymore. She’s still a gas however. Shades of pink and teal. The ‘nosebleed’ represents blood but she can’t recreate red blood since it isn’t in her palette so it’s the closest she can.

Is the stuff coming out of her nose supposed to be blood? If so it’s not red enough and it’s too light, and it’s triggering my dirty mind.  
Edit: It’s probably mucus or snot. It’s still not the right color.
