That and she’s apparently aware that a bunch of bad guys from games and anime are going to attack Equestria in the near future thanks to dimensional tears like the one from To Love God that leads to the Dark Souls world and the one from Crazy Future that is a combined tunnel into the Alien, Metroid, and Monster Hunter worlds. Like it says, Applejack thought it would make LJ strong enough to survive against the world’s villains, who, according to Vavacung, are much stronger than the villains that are seen in the show.  
Living in a hellish alternate world for two years would skew a lot of people’s views, like Applejack’s.

To be clear, that’d make LAJ’s human father not the player character, but a human(oid) antagonizing force of one form or another.

As undead, if he/she revives too many times, he/she will lose humanity eventally. Then he/she will become something evil like zombie.I believe in the Dark Souls world, LJ’s father became a “zombie” and AJ had to destory him.

Revenge itself isn’t worth to accomplished. But we revenge sure can drive people and make them want to be stronger. Like some dark heroes out here. Or even some hero in RPG world that mother and their peaceful town was destroyed by Evil Lord.

Yes. But that still big sister support younger sister there. And you can see how sometime AJ make a mistake with AB too. Just like in “somepony to watch over me” where she is too protective over AB.
 
She happen to life and fight for her life in Dark Soul for 2 years. That why it make her felt likr she want to raise her child to be a stronger mare. Because future villain of Equestria is more stronger than the past and Element Of Harmony in this generation is weak than in her time. It’s not one-hit ko weapon anymore.So she want to do any neccesary mean to make sure that her child will stronge enough survive.
 
But now she reallize too that what she think is wrong. That why she said she wrong. It’s not everyday that mother admit that she wrong, you know? (Even in real life. It’s slways mother know best)

I feel like this might be a case of you not quite explaining your character. We need backstory to explain why AJ feels this way. Yes, Dark Souls is a harsh environment, but I’m not sure it’s harsh enough to cause this. Perhaps Applejack herself was angry about her husband’s death? Did she lie about the cause because the truth was too painful? AJ has been known to spare people the truth at need, after all, though it pains her to do so.

Well, everyone can make a mistake too. Even mother can be failed (And we never see Applejack as mother before in canon.) There are countless time that AJ make a mistake in canon. Nobody perfect.

You mean the canon Applejack who regularly talks to dragons, saves the world and delivers pies through bogs filled with fire and chimeras? AJ has always been pretty badass, now she is just bad at her job. Complete fail as a mother and a caregiver. So, I put it in the “complete betrayal” category.

Applejack in canon who living in the peaceful world the whole life might not do it. But this future Applejack who come back from the world of Dark Soul that full with darkness, horror and violence might do. Time and enviroment can change people. This is no longer Applejack you know.
