Shamrock Shock, a young mare with a big heart. Little gets her down as she travels the world and seeks out all forms of luck. From her favorite four leaf clover, to the occasional golden Horse Shoe. She normally has any form of lucky device minus a rabbits foot. The Rabbit foot to her is something of an unlucky and dark thing. However when she is around ponies luck seem to change from bad to better and from better to amazing. As a Unicorn she knows only the basic of spells such as Telekinesis, and a light spell. She has been working on a luck spell but since luck isn’t affected by normal means, she is making no head way.
 
When Shamrock was born, she was found to not have a voice. The doctors at first feared she wasn’t alive when they gave her the spank and no cry came out. It was the Nurse who was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the filly breathing and stopped the doctor from making a bad call. Her mother stated that she was lucky, and ever since luck has played an important role in her life. From finding a lost item that was cherished by her friend, to falling down a hill and coming out unscathed. She didn’t get her cutie mark until she found her first four leaf clover. She found out that items had luck and thus.. she set out to find as many as she could.
 
Shamrock collects lucky things, from the four leaf clover to the horse shoes. Her desire is to know all things that mean luck, so long as they aren’t offensive. A Rabbits foot is offensive and only lucky so long as it remains on the rabbit. She never takes bits for her items, after all she doesn’t believe you can buy luck. Her goal was to make it to Ponyville, and now she is here. A new life is just beginning for the lucky lass.
