Not to be mean, but I don’t think that’s paint. There would be a lot more rough lines and general fuzziness to the picture, especially if it was made with older mspaint.

Made this a long while back for a very old friend.
Believe it or not, I made this beauty in Microsoft Paint YEARS ago as a challenge!
The original outline was fairly rough, but after about 14~ Hours, I was able to get this as the result. The colors turned out beautifully, sadly, my old friend disappeared one day and no longer gets online, but I thought I’d share it so you all could possibly enjoy it as well!
If you have anything you’d like revamped, colored, or re-done, let me know, and I’ll attempt to work on it for you!
