Another year, another checkup. And another disappointing trip to the scale of truth. Dazzle’s been sitting on his laurels for too long with too much sugar around to tempt him and no greater authority to put up a fight against his adorable abilities. Meanwhile, Peal’s new interest in quick-footed ninja training has kept her waistline relatively stable. Dazzle has officially become the new heavyweight kitty champion in the Rich family. Will this change finally be the wakeup call he and Diamond need to curb his eating habits and get some more exercise? Can his competitive rivalry with Peal drive him to change for the better? Does Spoiled have any tricks up her endlessly changing wardrobe? We’ll have to find out as the 2017 Diamond and Dazzle storyline unfolds.
