Yeah, some fans forget how gullible he used to be. He’s not necessarily “dumb,” just been isolated too long perhaps.
Bad-ass, but not too bright. Not that I blame him, growing up mostly alone after his father ‘died’ jumping into a wall of fire
To be fair, “Boom” is more humorous show, (almost satirical) and a different continuity/canon.
Game & Archie Knuckles is still badass.
Though, I will admit, dumb “Boom” Knuckles has his funny moments.
That, and the fact that he’s pretty much consistently written as a gullible moron. At least Knuckles learned from his mistakes…at least until they lobotomized him for Sonic Boom…
I blame the bad reception Sonic Next Gen got.
Twilight being a badass Mama Bear for Spike is pretty awesome.
Some people REALLY don’t like Silver
Sorry, Silver, you’re about to be a time-travelling smear.
I remember that in the comics. Some felt Sonic was too hard on him, but they forget Silver tried to kill him, and Rotor, so Sonic had his reasons to be pissed when he randomly accused Antoine. (Whom Sonic abruptly shows him is under hospitalization, showing Silver he was wrong againl)
Granted Silver gets better later, and actually learns his lessons.
Silver is quite easily the worst time-traveling ‘hero’ ever. He was even worse in the comics, where he’d do a smidge of research, spot someone’s name in connection to the disaster he’s trying to prevent, go back and try to kill them…and then find out they weren’t really the cause. Rince, repeat.
Seriously, Silver? Are you going to accuse everyone & everything of being the “Iblis Chrono Trigger?”
