Here is a (almost) complete family tree of all characters in the “Bride of Discord” fanfiction universe (who have specific relations, that is), up-to-date with the most recent addition to the series, “Son-In-Law of Discord.” Will be updated as series progresses.Notes:- Cinnamon Stick, Cinnamon Roll (AppleSpike) and Lemon Drop (LyraBon) are all adopted.- Minuette/Colgate has a son named Crest, but I don’t have an image of him yet. Also have no idea who the father is yet.- I just did Applejack’s immediate family. No way I’m doing ALL the Apples!- YES! Trixie is Chrysalis’ daughter, though her real name is Princess Bellatrix (it’s explained in “Son-In-Law of Discord.”- Chrysalis actually has thousands of children (all the changelings), but really, you expect me to put ALL of them in there? She reproduces asexually, but needs a third party to have a royal child, so Mothball and Trixie/Bellatrix actually have different biological fathers, though unknown.- EDIT: Now with new Dinky design by Nstone53 (note that this is not the same Dinky in the show, but is Dinky’s cousin and is named after her (still think Dinky is related to Derpy in some way))“Bride of Discord” FanFiction: www.fanfiction.net/s/9199287/1…“My Little Pony” belongs to Hasbro. But that’s what happened in the Bride of Discord series, the AU that this diagram is supposed to reflect. So, whether you like it or not, that’s the way the family tree is going to be presented.

That’s the biggest case if denial I’ve ever seen and it shows just how biased you’re being.
Pretty much each fact I brought up was taken directly from the movies themselves, the only ones that are in head-canon territory are the Police Officer & little brother ideas.
It may not be much, but we’ve done a lot more with much less. The problem is that people like you can’t be bothered to acknowledge it because it’s easier just to hate him and use the same old “he’s bland” excuse.
So either come up with a LEGIT argument or don’t bother replying, otherwise your argument can be summed up as this:
“He’s got no character.”
“Well, what about [insert character trait here]?”
“That doesn’t count.”

That’s a lot of headcanons and none of them true. Truth is, Flash was just a boring pretty student that McCarthy made based out of her highschool crush. Nothing more and nothing less. I don’t even hate him, he’s just as relevant and interesting as any other background human at canterlot high.

Ember would be better with Spike. And literally every furniture in Twilight’s castle would be better than Flash.
