I’ve always felt that way too, which was a weird debate among some of my closest circle for decades now.
 
Me, personally, love love LOVE them both.

Descendents Vs. Bad Religion is a completely pointless argument. While they’re both technically punk rock, they’re entirely different kinds of punk rock and both have their own value (as well as completely different audiences).

You there, Starswirl. This is completely off topic, but I’ve tracked you down about something. I know your appreciation of Blueblood, and I was just looking at an old comment chain from 8 months ago where you suggested the idea of Cadance and Blueblood having grown up as brother and sister.
 
Recently I read a great fanfic, which I actually personally liked better than The Best Night Ever (though not everyone may share that opinion). It’s called “The Early Life of Blueblood”. Have you read it?

A bit of both, mostly blush. In an earlier post, Sunny Flare noticed Sunset Glare, whom I have as some kind of local idol/celebrity, and figured she’d be a “stalker-y” fangirl in a cute sense and not so much the Misery-sense.
 
Though, at any given chance, she’d lock him up and make him check out her lyrics. Good ol’ wholesome family fun.

Ah yes, I waited a year for this question.
 
I originally started a blog focusing on, like many, an alternative humanized telling of key events of FiM, using a 90s/2000s aesthetic, which was just a ask-comic, just to pass time/improve my art. My girlfriend also happened to start a ask blog as well as EqG Rainbow Dash. One thing led to another, a lot of crossing over and it just “kind of happened without any explanation ALTHOUGH I’m tossing in a crap ton of magic as the story progresses, which is why it takes awhile when doing non-question plots.
 
tl;dr - I never really thought about that at the time, lol.
