Really though, Spray and Pray.
You’d best be carrying some serious firepower and have perks allocated to increase said fire power… Like a fatman, Personally my heavy killer was a bit unorthodox as I liked killing big baddies with ‘lesser weapons’ along the lines of small arms but not dipping into laser/plasma.
Personally my fallout 4 giant killer I used not because it was ‘all powerful’ but because i enjoyed using it was my 10mm rapid fire handgun with that 25 bleed damage per hit thing, shredded deathclaws surprisingly enough.
