Soarin had to try 20 times as hard as Dash did to reach that speed she was going at. Dash impressed Soarin so much that besides pie, she was something he just couldn’t keep his eyes off of. The magenta eyes, the sassy attitude, the jokingly competitive nature, the rainbow mane… She was just all so rar-

Soarin bumped into some pony and strongly held the pony down against the clouds whom was muffling beneath him.

Rainbow Dash: W-wow… blushes
 
Soarin: eyes widen D-Dash…
 
Rainbow Dash: I can’t believe you caught up to me, Clipper! And you’re so… strong.
 
Soarin: Th-thanks?
 
Rainbow Dash: No! Really… You are. And it’s awesome how you caught up to me in 3 seconds flat. You were so far behind me and I couldn’t even see you and then 3 seconds later… You… I… How?
 
Soarin: I’m not sure how. I mean, I’m not naturally talented like you are. I needed practice to get where I am right now.
 
Rainbow Dash: I never knew you could do that. Hey, wanna hang some time? At Sugar Cube Corner?
