It’s no more “racist” than “he doesn’t sound Appalachian”. I’ve met Actual Hindustanis who were flabbergasted that Peter New is a Canadian White Guy because Sunil from LPS sounds exactly like their dad back home; I know Big Macintosh sure as heck sounds like some of my own Farm Folk family.

Gravity Falls is imperfect too?
Well, it’s obvious no show is perfect, but people are treating MLP like it’s imperfect due to its majority of episodes that fans find it unenjoyable as well as its changes throughout the show, unlike SU, GF, SVTFOE, Voltron and Miraculous

So does Lego but nobody complains about the Lego movie and its recent spin-off.
Hell, so does every toy company involved with its respective films such as Super Hero Taisen (with Bandai) or Max Steel (with Mattel).
Also, Ouija Origin of Evil did well with critics and better than the first.
Off his Wiki page; He was in the first Off-Broadway productions of Rent along with the Movie. Movie and TV wise he’s been in How Stella Got Her Groove Back, the remake of House On Haunted Hill, The Best Man, Dylan Dog: Dead of Night, Equilibrium, Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, Chicago (as a more bit part I think, I’ve never actually watched that movie) and quite a few more things.
he’s currently on Empire, and was in the movie adaptation of Rent, as well as Ally McBeal, Grey’s Anatomy and the spin-off Private Practice, and he was Black Panther in The Super Hero Squad Show
