No seriously, rigatoni is the shiznit. Man you ever try actually making meat sauce for eating with penne, wheels, lil magic conch shells, macaroni, angel hair, any of that stuff (don’t get me wrong it has its place but hear me out) after you recently made some rigatoni? I’ll tell you man, its probably gonna come out sloppy and the opposite of al dente if you’re inexperienced, cause frickin rigatoni cooks slower than most of your other pastas and it’s nice and thick and you don’t have to worry about getting your meat chunks all tiny and uniform and being all fancy like with penne. Oh man just grab a big spoon or fork and scoop that stuff up with some meaty sauce and you are in dago paradise man. Oof.
