it’s a wordplay on a russian christian phrase “Храни тебя Христос”, which means “May the Christos keep you”  
(the english equvalient would be “God Bless You”)
 
“Песос” is a misspelled “Писос”(Pisos), which is a memish way to say “penis”
 
Christos (Christ) > This was a name applied to Jesus by early Greek-speaking Christians.
