Nope. I recently played it after looking at this image three times in a row.
 
First time: Started easy with Bob the Tomato. He got it down
 
Second time: Gasper Vladi from High School DxD. At first, he thought it was Naruto
 
Third time: Bruno the Kid. First win in a while. He thought I was talking about that one blonde kid from Code Lyoko
 
Fourth time: Satan from Leo & Satan. He got close with the Devil, but it wasn’t enough. He also guessed the Mysterious Stranger from the Mark Twain story, for some reason…
