Along with what's already been said, it's occasionally horrifying to watch MLP if you know basic horse anatomy. Especially when you see them bend a joint the wrong way, or twirl a hoof around.
But keep in mind, this IS Derpy :D, and that many headcanons hold the Pones of Equestria are made of marshmallow.
It's not the answer, but the beginning of one, to the question of what a chair would look like if our knees bent the other way. ;)
