oh I have a whole list of tests to be done, so many theories to test out!” she said, excitement rasping her voice.Princess Twilight’s breathing intensified she was starting to panic.“I… I didn’t agree to this!” she shouted out trying to pull at the straps once more.The ‘other Twilight’ let out a loud cackle “Nobody does..” she
said darkly before suddenly pulling out a syringe from her pocket.“Let’s started!”“N-No.. Wait!!! NOOOOOOO!!!” The Princess’s shouting echoed through the room.

The Psychologist sighed and shook his head “At the point and time I cannot say” he began motion to the sealed padded room where within sat one Twilight Sparkle, who was in a straitjacketed and had a deranged look on her face. “As it stands she keeps babbling about alternate universes, magic, a doppelganger of herself, doing tests on said doppelganger, Unicorns, and other things. Quite frankly I have no idea what could have caused her mind to snap”

I think I’d rather it stay fanon personally. Sci-Twilight being a psycho, and doing torturous experiments on main/Princess Twi’ just sounds like an edgy fanfic to me.
They should do EQG movie or special about alternate realities where there is a Mad Scientist Sparkle.
I’m also disappointed she didn’t take over and fought Gloriosa…
But Midnight isn’t a scientist. Crazy, sure. But I actually truly wanted a SciTwi.
Well, Midnight Sparkle, her “final boss” evil form was pretty insane, so they sort’ve did.
I’m disappointed they didn’t.
I have always wondered, if when Sunset discovered Sci-Twi was up to something, why didn’t she immediately go to Principle Celestia and Vice Principal Luna and say “Hey we have a problem, Crystal Prep-Twilight is meddling in things she doesn’t understand, aka Magic”
