Really liked >>1376459 but the pillow and diaper being the same color was driving me mad. Darkened pillow slightly, and changed bits of the line work in problem area. Not the greatest (think pillow is a bit too dark / not rose colored enough), but the best I could do with only 1000 hours in MS Paint.
Just re-upload it and make a merge/duplicate request on this image.
Also, “pervert” isn’t for all NSFW images, only if a pony in it is acting unduly obsessed with sex, I think, and “pedophilia” sure as heck doesn’t apply here. Background ponies strike the tags…

Personally I didn’t have any issues telling that the diaper and pillow were separate but I know others did.
you could always request a take down stating that you are the editor and are planning on putting up another modified version and don’t want to have a bunch of images with small edits up on the site so as to avoid shadowing the original artist’s creation and making it less… popular? not sure if there’s a better word for it, but yeah, you could do that.
Hadn’t thought of that, and quick playing with Paint.NET says it works out quite reasonably (needs to be modified a bit to not blend too well with the walls, and other artistic considerations I’m not at all qualified to artist on, but seems better). Sadly, unless there’s some re-upload-image bit that I haven’t found, that’ll have to stay on my PC.
The difference is definitely there, though I think making the pillow a similar shade to the bed would have worked better and possibly been a more noticeable change to a greater number of people, but as you said it’s supposed to be subtle so that’s just my opinion.

The change is supposed to be subtle. The real question is did y’all have a problem with seeing the pillow and diaper separately in the original (and in modified form). I expect there’s a lot of difference in display performance such that this either isn’t a problem or isn’t a fix for everyone.
Look at them side by side and you’ll see the difference.
