Told you guys I would make a Pumpkin! I think it came out pretty nice. My mom helped with gutting it but I did the cutting. Image is a little grainy because of a camera phone.
 
Had to fudge it a bit, I was supposed to shave the skin down around the mare but I didn’t have the right tool, so I just cut it out.

It takes a while is all. And You have to be careful to cut along the outline so it looks nice. But no, not terribly hard. Unless its something really intricate.
