It seems that the world has moved on from when Celestia remembered it.
 
Now she was just a monument to a bygone time. What matters afterwards, is if she retains who she is.
 
Will Celestia fight once more to save her sister? Is the Nightmare all that’s left of Luna?  
Will Celestia surrender amidst the realization that she can never undo what 1000 years has already taken away?  
Has Luna seen reason given the time she has had to contemplate her rebellion? As the Nightmare, will she want to restore the relationship she once had with Celestia?
 
Given what we have to work with, i.e. facial expressions, Fluttershy is the only example of some hope still left for anything resembling a “good” ending.

a respectable opinion, but personally i’m all for pinkie here. the ‘evil jester/clown’ look is so saturated that it’s made it difficult to get right, but when it is done well, i love it. here, it is gotten right. thus, i love it.
