From the one cardboard instert, it does look like the have toes, and I assume the hair is switchable like the Pinkie Pie salon set from the fall formal wave.

It’s probably really similar to how the skirts work on most of the EqG Minis & comparable to what they do for the miniature scale ponies with removable clothes.
Judging by the shoeless cardboard cutout, it probably has a tiny set of toe indentations.
I wonder how you switch clothes, though. Does the doll have toes? Can you take her hair off? Can’t wait to see! Also I really need art of Twi in all these outfits!

I thought it was a multi-pack. That would explain why the two on the sides look a little off compared to the one in the middle.
There’s only one doll, the outfits are interchangeable. The other two “dolls” in the box are just cardboard displays.
