I do wanna hope that this ends up becoming a good episode and that I’m just getting mad over nothing, but I’m already prepared to weigh Babs against Garble and the Sports Trio as the characters I hate the most in the series.

Although that’s true, the summary already makes it sound like the typical one-dimensional bully that gets away with everything. Dragon Quest was the episode I despised the most and this already sounds like Dragon Quest but with the CMC instead of Spike. Not to mention after Ponyville Confidential, I think I’ve had enough of watching them being bullied and ostracized. It almost makes me wish they went back to Cutie Mark Crusading episodes.

Exactly. Just look at “Secret of my Excess”, or “Sweet and Elite”; two episodes that sounded pretty meh given their synopses, but were actually pretty good, all things considered (YMMV of course)

But naw, seems an interesting premise. I bet she fuckin’ loves Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. So, I guess this is that bullying episode.
 
I bet Babs has a sob story. Most bullies I knew growing up were assholes because they were acting out for attention, since their home lives were shit.

They can usually pull off decent episodes with bad synopsises (spelling?). Have you looked back at season two and seen some of those summaries? Most of the episodes that season weren’t intolerable. Have some faith in the team, guys.

Well, I guess Episode 8 isn’t the bully episode, this one’s going to be it.
 
So, hopefully Episode 8 will be a Scootaloo episode. That character really needs more development and attention.
