Most of the art of her is her flying or lying down. Why do you care? She’s not your OC.
The problem is more that you don’t seem to alter her stance to account for it. Animals with 3 legs don’t stand luke animals with 4.

As a pony, she has three other legs to stand on, and wings to fly with. I don’t know what your issue is. Quadrupedal animals are perfectly able to move around with three legs.
If you weren’t embarrassed to ask this question, you wouldn’t be a Background Pony, which leads me to believe you think your question was rude somehow :P

I already know what I’m going to do. Paper doesn’t have a prosthetic leg and likely never will.
Fake fake leg, with a white cloth bandage peeking out at the top of it. Maybe a wood-patterned stocking with cardboard underneath so it doesn’t shift with your shin’s muscle movements. A different shoe for that foot, less pretty and more functional, like an old dress shoe.
Just tossing out ideas here.
