Cel dying or turning evil is something, at the least, I’ve thought’d be okay, considering the progression so far, but it’d also be great if she had a moment of triumph over a weaker enemy, someone or something that’d not need the Eyes of Heaven and/or Rainbow Power to subdue. :3
It just makes the idea that she managed to keep her kingdom in harmony for a 1000 years hard to believe with her current track record.
Yeah… Or no? I dunno, lol. Sealing or banishing all those guys one thousand years ago is impressive, but a regular damn pony healed or murdered most of them after their respective returns. >w<

I think you misunderstand what having a sense of humor about a character you like means.
I can take jokes about characters I like, so I have a good sense of humor.
If you can’t stand jokes about a character you like then you don’t have a good sense of humor.
If you can’ have a laugh at the expense of something you like then need to loosen up.
I bet you find it insulting when people playfully call her a troll when they do like her.
