Hearing an argument made before does not in anyway make it less true or valid, it just means the problem is so obvious others have seen it as well.
Saying you've heard it before and trying to hand wave it away just shows you aren't willing to listen or be reasonable and your are just gonna pretend everyone but you is wrong just because they have a different opinion.
