There are stuff I like to leave to reader’s imagination, Starlight isn’t part of the story, however the stainglass is there simply to acknowledge that she existed within this paticular universe and some achievements she made - who knows maybe she became an emissionary of friendship or something like that

Though that also brings up a good point; why the Hell would Sunset abandon the HuMane 6? The Mane 6 and the HuMane 6 aren’t interchangeable groups Sunset, and you’re only friends with one of them (with the exception of Princess Twilight).
 
Well, now that you bring it up, you might have nailed some of Sunset’s apparent woes in this comic. Queendom ain’t just a position or a privilege, it’s a responsability. Whatever roots Sunset might have seed in the Human World, she might have had to tragically left behind upon accepting the responsability of being Celestia and Luna’s successor alongside Twilight. If this is true, in a way, Sunset’s sacrifices for upholding this duty might hold a greater burden than for Twilight’s…

Well, it’s kinda implied that this is quite far in the future, enough that the ReMane 5 have already passed away, though their spirits seem to remain with Twilight in some fashion. As for Sci-Twi and Starlight, well, unless they’ve also reached ascension in some fashion (which SciTwi might have canonically done, but that’s depending on how you look at it, so there’s no definitive answer there for this comic either), they’ve likely passed away too. Considering we recently had some backstory delivered through the castle windows, and none of those involved these two, I wouldn’t personally count on them showing up.
