Basically, Spike is feeling jealous of Twilight spending more and more time with Sunset Shimmer due to their romantic relationship and less with him. Fluttershy tells him to go spend time with the dragons. So basically she’s telling him to run away from the situation rather than, you know, talk about his feelings with his best friend. I’m sure that the artist was trying for a more positive message, but in the end it was presented in a way that falls far short.
