Cause they both show an immature side just for the sake of Starlight’s screentime.
Cadance doesn’t born as “Alicorn” So why Flurryheart?
  1. Not necessarily, since its been long established that Celestia especially is not one to easily open up about her feelings (i.e. she put on a smile for the Summer Sun Celebration despite never enjoying it, as it only reminded her of banishing Luna). Both sisters tend to put on a front and let things fester, its a recurring issue with them.
  2. Why did they make Flurry Heart an alicorn? To sell toys most likely was the primary reason, but from a narrative standpoint it introduces something that hasn’t been seen in the series yet (a baby alicorn).

If they say Cadance secretly make Flurryheart an alicorn to ensure their right to seated on the Crystal Empire’s Throne that is more acceptable. Sound like fanfiction but still more acceptable.

Hello…they are sister. Sibling relationship is unique type of relationship has a HUGE impact on ruler role even in real world

Okay, what is invalid about Celestia’s show of immaturity? If you mean her being freaked out by Daybreaker then I’d chalk that up to her being not simply a creation of Starlight’s dream but also a product of Celestia’s own mind mixed in with Starlight’s dream. She just seemed to know way too much about Celestia to have been made by Starlight.

And as for what they learned about each other before becoming rulers, what does that have to do with anything when the conflict was about what they do as rulers and how it effects their relationship?

And apparently the staff have said the Journal is still canon, though it requires one to interpret Celestia and Luna’s words very literally (namely that they were born before Equestria was founded, hence why Celestia says Equestria has never seen a alicorn be born, that the duo left the other alicorns when they were still young, and that this combined with it being over a 1,000 years ago means they don’t know anything about newborn alicorns).

All right…
First the Journal of the Two Sisters is already useless since season 6 premiere “The Crystalling”
Second if they try to show an immature side of charactor at least make it’s valid especially Celestia
Third if you think the Journal of the Two Sisters is still a canon then What about they learn about each other before become rulers of Equestia?
Ryodraco

Maybe writers forget that they both rules equestia for a thousand and thousand years and not once NOT F_ucking ONCE they have problem with each other

What evidence is there of this? According to the Journal of the Two Sisters they were young adults when they were made rulers, and as far as we know events like Discord’s takeover, Tirek’s attempts to steal magic, and Sombra’s rise all occurred over a fairly short period of time (i.e. Discord was sealed for about a thousand years, as was Nightmare Moon, and even if we say they are approximating those numbers that still means Celestia and Luna’s time as dual rulers was only for a matter of a few years).

Point being that Celestia and Luna did not rule together for a thousand years, Celestia ruled alone for a thousand years, and thus even in the present they still have issues with each other to work out.

And as for acting like high schoolers, we really need to accept at some point that ALL ponies in this series have an immature side, even Celestia (and especially when it comes to family).

Are you compare this episode to a masterpiece episode
In Nightmare Moon story Celestia done something that depress her for thousand years
In Slice of life they both just forgot wedding gift
But in This episode they just act kid in highschool

Nice censorship. What rule did I violate? I hardly consider telling someone that they’re objectively wrong being rude. Like, if it was a matter of opinion, sure, I’ll grant you that.

Because it doesn’t make sense in context. It would have IF Glimmer was able to get them to talk things out by being convincing and a rational adult. Instead, she had to resort to magic, which again, shows that she learned fuck-all from her “friendship lessons.” Like, I was actually okay with the episode, until she switched their CMs.

Literally every comment you have made in the past few months is bitching about Starlight and calling people who like her idiots and faggots, strawmanning their arguments, and basically going, “I’m right because I said so and that means I’m right and you’re just a dumbass idiot faggot poopie-head.”

Hey look, it’s another ‘Glimmer didn’t learn anything and resorts to mind-control/cutie-mark alteration magic.’ Truly a pinnacle of “good” writing.

…Maud wasn’t joking. With the right stone, Starlight could legit rule all of Equestria if she wanted.
