It does when Lickety Split’s around.

I just love that the earth ponies in the comics often had some knowledge of low magic too. It wasn’t limited to just unicorns. So I guess Tootsie and Lickety Split both know the Level 1 spell Summon Dessert. Tootsie’s triggers when she accidentally or deliberately muddles words, a gimmick that’s right there in her backcard story. The writers seem to have enjoyed it enough with Tootsie to have extended the skill to Lickety Split too, then ~~shipped the pair mercilessly~~ made them into best friends, and remarkably effective adventuring buddies.
