At the hospital, Twilight was about to die but not long after, the doctors and nurses converted her into a robotic version of herself with a new experimental drug. Twilight was happy to be alive but because of her new look, she thought she was hideous and flew away not without her friend Sunset Shimmer seeing her. Sunset followed Twilight to an abandoned bowling alley and found her. She saw Twilight sitting on a lane crying, the yellow and red unicorn asked her what was wrong and Twilight replied she was hideous but Sunset Shimmer disagreed. She said she will always look after Ponyville and her castle now matter what she looks like. After her words said, she pulled out a cake she picked up from Pinkie Pie and then Twilight smiled as she stood up on her hooves and they both gave each other a hug as the moonlight shined down on them both.
