The one we wanted was Sunset Shimmer. That’s why people were/are upset (that and the way they bungled the ending of Glimmer’s redemption episode.) That said, I personally adore Starlight.

Adorable as it may be, that got me thinking that out of the entire mane 7 Starlight getting cloned via mirror pool might just be the most chaotic outcome of them all.

I think the hilarious thing is a huge majority of the fandom wanted another Unicorn to join the cast after the season 3 finale. Once the writers gave us what a majority wanted they all flipped and started hating on her.
