Which is kinda funny, since pegasi in Equestria often fly above the clouds and thus on average should have higher UV resistance.

Ohey, a new headcanon! Pony’s equivalent of a tan is their colors getting brighter and more vibrant. Thus, pegasi are typically the most colorful race and unicorns the least, having little reason to go out.
