Not only does the animation error make it weird, its also bugging the crap out of me that she’s using two feet with no clutch.

Using the same foot for the accelerator and brake dates back to the time before automatic transmissions. You needed one foot on the clutch and the other on the accelerator or brake when changing gears, so you were taught to use one foot for only the clutch and use the other foot for both the accelerator and brake.
 
With an automatic transmission, there’s no clutch, but still, it’s good practice to use the same foot for the accelerator and brake. Stepping on both the accelerator and brake at the same time really isn’t good for the car.

Look the animation of the brake pedal lever coming back up and the accelorator just flattening is really giving me the heebie jeebies.
 
Not to mention how stiff the leg movement is and the jarring resolution differences between each one

That’s debatable. Driver’s ed teachers harp on about it being dangerous and license examiners will probably fail you for using both feet, but if you’re practiced at it, then it’s completely possible to do safely. Not having to transition your foot from one pedal to the other might actually make it safer, by virtue of quicker reaction time.

Forget all that - what is she wearin? Heels? While driving? This is beyond stupid and irresponsible.

You’re not supposed to use both feet… That’s improper driving.
