What’s funny is this is actually a puzzle that, if you lack necessary contextual information (aside from English, the names of the relevant characters) would be impossible to solve with any solution verifiable above another. “Spoke” and “Choke” are both consistent with English sounds and words (being mashed together into names like “Applejack” and “Fluttershy” are mashups of words, or at least being English-like), and there’s probably a few other possibilities I’m not seeing, if not many.
 
So, as stupidly easy as it is to us, to someone without any context, like some alien or remnant post-apocalyptic civilization trying to decode scraps left in the ruins of humanity, it’s kind of an unsolvable puzzle until you find other bits of media that explain the context of the show.

I dig the implied ship. This is kind of adorable for other reasons, too, like actually thinking this is a puzzle that can keep the secret, or that it’s not terribly obvious already :p
 
Also, I would say something about her eyes being drawn on top of her sleep mask, but I’m pretty sure they make sleep masks like that…
