My personal choice for game over music: Asleep the Snow Came Flying by Tim Story
 

 
If I ever made an MLP game, each level would be based on episodes of the show. Obviously not all of them, but ones that could work in such a way, such as an idea I had for a GB-style MLP game with a Winter Wrap Up level, with Twilight having to navigate all the piled up snow, as well as fight a bunch of snow monsters she accidentally brought to life, with the boss being a gigantic snowstallion she would have to destroy sections of to defeat, while avoiding thrown snowballs or objects like those snowplows.
 
Also, a Tell Tale MLP game would be awesome.
