I am no saint, and I do not have a need to go ‘will someone think of the children?!’.  
I have nothing against derpibooru content of other ratings, either.  
I just would rather have an insightful discussion, or witty remarks, instead of inappropriate and unrelated vulgarity that belittles and objectifies a character already subjected to plentiful negativity (whether she deserves it or not), in an image that is merely saying ‘pony is stressed, pony is tired’. Such remarks seem insensitive to the captured moment, at the least.  
If (or perhaps, inevitably, when) there is an edited version of this with raunchy or suggestive words, then yes, I would not be surprised to see (nor deserving to feel outrage over) such remarks within that particular post.

You know what? You’re right. I was one of the background pony commentators below, and looking back now, I’m not sure why I felt the need to imply something salacious in a picture that is anything but. Maybe it gets easier to justify or ignore the more you see others doing it, but that’s not really a good reason or excuse.
 
I know one person seldom makes much of a difference in the grand scheme of things, but I think I’m going to make an effort to be better about this in the future. Or, at the very least, find more appropriate places for such comments.

Now imagine the OP is Starlight reacting to the comments in this thread.

Unfortunately, many either do not care or realize that Starlight is simply stressed and trying to relax,  
and/or they feel it’s okay to litter the comments of a safe rated image with such jokes.  
*Mimicking:*|| Oh look, this comment is suddenly acceptable and appropriate cause it’s in spoilers!||  
I tend to bite my tongue on my opinion of certain comments on safe images nowadays,  
but come on, guys. It’s not even because you’re trying to troll a negative reaction, because its generally looked over or shrugged at on derpibooru. It’s the fact you can’t disassociate the concept of ‘bed’ and ‘laying down’ from you know what, apparently, and that’s just irritating and stupid.  
There are more than plenty of appropriate images for such comments. Refer to most other rating tags.  
It’s not like I’m even an uptight prude at all, I just actually give a shit about behaving and speaking appropriately depending on the context and situation.  
I think that’s about it for my rant, now.
